Kraft Bag

Step 1: Prepare raw materials such as woven plastic resin, lamination, Kraft paper, paper hemming, flexo printing plates, etc.

Step 2: Extrude yarn

Step 3: Weave into rolls of milky white or transparent PP fabric

Step 4: Flexo print on Kraft paper rolls in 1-9 colors or leave unprinted (for later flexo printing if using loose sheets)

Step 5: Laminate Kraft paper onto woven PP fabric rolls

Step 6: Fold the sides (create a gusset if applicable)

Step 7: Cut the bags

Step 8: Hem and sew the bottom, insert PE lining (if applicable)
