Lamination PP Woven Bag

Step 1: Prepare raw materials such as woven plastic resin, lamination, engrave flexo printing plates, etc.

Step 2: Extrude yarn

Step 3: Weave into rolls of milky white or transparent PP fabric

Step 4: Laminate PP adhesive onto woven PP fabric

Step 5: Flexo printing on rolls in 1-5 colors per side or up to 9 colors on both sides

Step 6: Fold M-shaped box sides or offset sides (if applicable)

Step 7: Cut the bags

Step 8: Sew the final product, add handles, PE linner (if applicable)
